The Goal Setting SMARTERS Course introduces a systematic way of setting effective goals following the SMARTERS framework. This course begins with why and how to set goals in both a clear and focused manner. Each session explores one fundamental element of the SMARTERS structure: making the goal Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound, Ethical, Rewarding, and Strategic.

You will discover the importance of reviewing and re-evaluating goals, as well as how to match them with your overall goals. The course closes with a framework summary and a bonus lecture to help you apply what you’ve learnt.

Assessment:

This course does not involve any MCQ test. Students need to answer assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Once the answers are submitted, the instructor will check and assess the work.

Certification:

After completing and passing the course successfully, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certificate of Achievement. Certificates can be obtained either in hard copy at a cost of £39 or in PDF format at a cost of £24.
