The Operations and Supply Chain Management Diploma course teaches the skills and techniques for managing operations and supply chain of your business.

The course is split into two sections – Operation Management and Supply Chain Management. In the first section, the course illustrates the design and control process of production. You will also learn how to redesign a business operation for betterment.

  • Certificates can be obtained either in hard copy at a cost of £39 or in PDF format at a cost of £24.
