The Aggression Handling Diploma will equip you with the knowledge and skills to identify different aggressive styles. It will also equip you with the key skills for managing violence and aggression and the ability to review constructive strategies for managing and resolving violent and aggressive situations. You will learn about workplace aggression and violence and how to manage conflict successfully in your place of work. You will be better informed and more confident in facing potentially violent situations. You will learn the basics of recognizing the potential for aggression, nipping difficult situations in the bud, reacting calmly to aggressive outbursts and dealing with the aftermath.

Assessment:

This course does not involve any MCQ test. Students need to answer assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Once the answers are submitted, the instructor will check and assess the work.

Certification:

After completing and passing the course successfully, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certificate of Achievement. Certificates can be obtained either in hard copy at a cost of £39 or in PDF format at a cost of £24.
