Brainspotting is an advanced therapy treatment which aims to reprocess negative feelings to help people release unwanted thoughts. This Brainspotting Training will teach you advanced brainspotting techniques to help your clients deal with trauma, stress and challenging live events.  

You’ll start the Brainspotting Training by understanding the theory behind brainspotting. Gradually, the course will take you from fundamental to advanced brainspotting approaches and explain how to use them to heal many physical and emotional ailments. Again, you’ll learn about the trauma processing barriers and the techniques to overcome them. The course will also explain how to create an effective self-care plan to manage stress and improve health and well-being.
